Past Life Soul Regression

 

A Past Life Soul Regression (PLSR) allows you to observe your soul in another life in another time.  This inner experience is facilitated by a specially trained hypnotist who leads the client into a deeply relaxed state called a trance. When a client reaches the appropriate hypnotic state, they can be guided to recall memories of themselves in scenes from another time and place.  The therapist does not tell the client what they are experiencing but rather asks questions that allow the memories to surface. Several scenes or episodes can be explored in order to gain pertinent details of a specific life.

The desired state of consciousness for a successful PLSR is called a deep alpha state when the brain waves are measured with scientific instruments.  It is a state of mind that occurs quite naturally when we are relaxed before falling asleep or during  meditation.  This is in contrast to a normal waking state where the brain has predominantly beta brain waves.

 

During the session, you will be guided as you experience scenes of a past life.  I make sure that you are comfortable at all times as I ask you questions about what you are experiencing.  This helps you to focus your attention while you remain in a very relaxed state.  Eventually the session will progress to the time of death when the soul is released from the body. Regardless of the details of the death experience, you will be guided to witness the events in a detached way without pain or discomfort.  What follows is a very special and significant part of a PLSR as the soul leaves the body and enters the spiritual realm. 

 

After taking some time to process the life just experienced, the client decides when they are finished with that past life and are ready to move on. This is the time when the soul  crosses over into spirit and then meets their spirit guide(s).  It is generally a profoundly comforting experience whether or not this is one's first conscious awareness of the existence of a personal spiritual guide. 

It is interesting to note that no part of soul regression is dependent upon one's belief system.  Some clients are agnostic and others have even said they dont believe in past lives!  After the client comes out of hypnosis, we will spend a bit of time discussing any correlationss of the past life with the current life. 

 

A past life session generally takes about two hours.  I will record the session using a digital recorder and send you a file to download.

 

 

Between Lives Soul Regression

 

A Between Lives Soul Regression (BLSR) session is an opportunity to learn first hand about the kinds of experiences we as souls have in between our incarnations, when we exist as pure soul energy.  This, of course, is an amazing experience.  It is difficult to imagine being unaffected by it.

 

A Between Lives Soul Regression begins similarly to a Past Life Soul Regression (PLSR), but continues after a past life exploration is finished.  When the client is ready to shift their focus from the memories of the death of that life, they will move into the spiritual realm where the soul goes after the end of a life.  The between lives time is explored with the help of your personal spirit guide.  One may be taken to visit their soul group, meet with their council of elders or visit a specialty group of souls.  It is even possible to learn about how we plan our incarnations with the guidance of our council and the support of our guide.  Because this is a spirit guided process, we accept that the specifics of this journey are facilitated and, to a large degree, determined by what our guides consider is in our best interest for us at this time.  So it is always an adventure!

 

Because the client needs to be in a deeper trance to be able to access memories from between lives time, more time is spent on the hypnotic induction.  This and the fact that the BLSR includes a past life session before it expands into the journey of the soul during the between lives time contributes to the necessity of a longer appointment.  We generally set aside four hours for the complete appointment.
